This policy explains how Curse Free Studios ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you play DAMN! Nation on Android or iOS. If you have questions, email support@cursefreestudios.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: when you play, we create a player account with a player ID. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the email address and account identifier from that service. You can also set a username.
• Game data: your progress, stats, in-game currency, inventory, energy, daily rewards and purchase status (for example, whether you bought Remove Ads).
• Purchase information: when you make an in-app purchase, Google Play or the Apple App Store processes the payment. We receive a confirmation of the purchase, not your payment details.
• Gameplay and diagnostic data: information about how you play, such as run results and app performance. Where required, we ask for your consent before collecting analytics.
• Device and advertising data: our ad provider may collect device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), IP address and basic device information to show and measure ads.

How we use information

• To run the game, save your progress and keep it in sync across devices
• To process and restore in-app purchases
• To show rewarded and other ads
• To understand how the game is played, fix bugs and balance gameplay
• To respond to support and data requests

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the game:

• Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services): account sign-in, cloud saves, in-game economy, analytics, and Unity Ads. See Unity's privacy policy.
• Google and Apple: sign-in and in-app purchases.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Security

Data sent between the game and our servers is encrypted in transit.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. See how to delete your account.

Your choices

• You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
• You can decline analytics when the game asks for consent.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email us to make a request.

Children

DAMN! Nation is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
